Good location along the RapidKL bus route. There are 3 blocks - A (Frame Thai), B(Hello, Food Foundry) and C (My Thai Elephant). Open parking space so you are free to park wherever you want. Haven't seen security guards here. Condo has no other facilities besides the patch of grass between the blocks and the ground level shops.

Very bad experience, car was scratched/vandalised in broad daylight even though we were parked in a proper lot and not obstructing anyone. We were parked at block C in front of the Mooncake place.

The chicken rice shop by the apartment is very packed if you get there pass 12PM, but their char shew is to die for. The price is reasonable,worth the portion of food you receive.
